1. Freight: Our store's default express delivery services are YTO and Deppon. If you need SF Express, please contact customer service to make up the difference. For multiple items, our store can forward them to logistics. As boxes are large items, sending them by logistics can save a lot of the cost. If you need to send them by logistics, please place an order and contact our customer service to change the price. Logistics freight can be paid on delivery. Please note that logistics does not deliver to your door. If you need door-to-door delivery, please contact customer service for additional charges.
2. After-sales service: We support opening the box and inspecting the goods. Please check in front of the Courier before signing for the package. If there are any problems, please refuse to sign for it directly. Those who refuse to sign will not be held responsible. We can help you resend or refund the money.
3. Accessories: Due to different production batches, some styles of accessories for the box may vary (including: wheels, zippers, internal structure, pull rods, handles, locks, and lining). Please be cautious when purchasing if you are concerned. Try to ask clearly when communicating!
