Before purchasing the goods, buyers must pay attention to the following points

(2) : Is the delivery address correct! All our shipments will be made by default to the address left by the buyer in the background. If there are any changes, please notify us in time!
Product quality issues
Warranty: For all flashlight products, the minimum warranty period is one month. The product warranty period starts from the date of issue
All of our products undergo full inspection before leaving the factory. If the buyer finds any problems upon receiving the goods, please contact us within 24 hours. The round-trip postage is as follows:
If quality problems occur within 7 days after the buyer receives the goods, our store will bear the round-trip shipping costs!
Please pay the shipping fee before sending it over. Our company does not accept any cash on delivery. If we receive a damaged item, we will replace it with a good one and refund the shipping fee to you.
(2) : Within 7 to 15 days, the shipping cost for the return shall be borne by the buyer!
(3) : The round-trip postage will be borne by the buyer after 15 days!
Note
As lithium batteries are consumables, please check if they are functioning properly upon receipt of the goods. Also, use them properly in the future. Lithium batteries without protection must not be drained completely. Make sure to charge them only when they still have some power left
As long as the battery is not completely drained, it can be used for a long time. Since the battery has no memory function, it has no specific lifespan. Once the battery is drained once, it is scrapped.
Whether or not it is equipped with a protective battery, if it is not used for a long time, it needs to be stored with power on; otherwise, self-discharge may cause the battery to fail.
If there are no issues within 24 hours of receiving the goods, it will be regarded as normal. If battery problems are found after 24 hours, no warranty will be provided. Please pay close attention, buyers
Issue of incomplete receipt of goods
Before signing for the goods, the buyer must confirm whether the packaging is intact. Only after confirming that there are no errors can they sign for the goods!
Under the condition that the packaging is intact, if the buyer finds that the goods are missing, please make the following preparations:
Weigh the goods immediately and make sure to put all the packaging back! All goods are weighed before shipment in our store to facilitate customer verification.
(2) Return the goods packaging to its original state and take a photo with a digital camera
Please send the tracking number of the package, the actual weight of the goods measured, and the current packaging pictures to the after-sales customer service. We will verify the package information as soon as possible and give a reply!
The issue of damaged goods received
All of our products undergo strict quality control before being dispatched, and all goods are qualified finished products!
If the buyer finds that the received goods are damaged, it must be caused by the express delivery. Do not sign for them! Because once you sign for the package, it's assumed that there's no problem with the express delivery. Going back to argue with it won't help at all! For the sake of your and my rights, please remember to check before signing for it!
1. Our products are not perfect masterpieces. Please do not expect excessive beautification on the surface of the products. After all, they are all made one by one by hand by our employees. However, we guarantee that even with low profits, we will do our best to ensure product quality. This is our commitment to you.
2. All products are photographed under natural light to display their original colors as much as possible. However, due to the influence of various factors such as weather, light, and display color differences, there may be certain color differences. This situation is not regarded as a quality issue. Customers with such concerns are kindly requested to ask clearly before purchasing.
4. Each product will be inspected before shipment! However, it is inevitable that there will still be situations where the products reach the customers and cause defects. For factory quality issues, we promise: returns or exchanges are available. Our profits have been kept to a minimum, with sales volume as the main focus. We can't afford the hassle of round-trip shipping fees (after all, this is not Taobao). If there are any defective ones, please keep them properly. After accumulating a certain quantity, return them to us together. We will clear your returned goods as the situation requires, deduct the payment from the goods or return them to you along with the shipment.
