Notice of Cooperation

1. Regarding product quality: In online transactions, integrity is king. As a strategic partner of Alibaba, we have extremely strict requirements and control over our products. All products will undergo three quality inspections by purchasing, QC and warehouse management personnel before shipment to ensure that the products delivered to you are qualified. Please confirm as soon as possible after receiving the products. In case there is any quality issue with the product (due to the large volume of goods, it is inevitable that there will be some exposure. We sincerely apologize for this), please provide pictures as evidence and give feedback within 7 days. No return will be given after 7 days.

2. Regarding stockouts: Although we are the direct source of the original factory, the offline suppliers also sell out very quickly. We will do our best to ensure the stability of the supply, but stockouts are inevitable. We ask for your understanding. In the event of a out-of-stock situation, we will notify the buyer within 3 hours, exchange the goods for you, or complete the refund within 48 hours.

3. Regarding returns and exchanges: For exchanges or returns, please contact our sales customer service first to confirm. Returns made without the customer service's permission will be rejected by our company. Sales customer service representatives will handle matters related to returns and exchanges only when they meet the return and exchange standards. After receiving the return request, the warehouse will search based on the express waybill. If the information filled in is unclear, it will be rejected. Please carefully check the quantity of returns and fill out the return form carefully.
