3. The buyer should sign for the express delivery in person, open the package to check for any damage or mismatching of the goods. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the received goods or have any special return or exchange situations, please contact us for negotiation and resolution. If it is a quality issue or the wrong goods were sent, please provide clear photos. After confirmation, we will offer a return, exchange or refund. The round-trip express delivery fees will be borne by us. 4. When returning goods, the buyer shall first pay the express delivery fee. The seller will return the express delivery fee to the buyer after receiving the goods. All items with cash on delivery will be rejected.

When purchasing goods, if the delivery address has Courier restrictions (mail cannot be delivered to some remote areas), the buyer should inform the seller in advance and reselect the Courier for shipping.
