1. Our products are not products. Please do not ask for excessive decoration on the surface of the products. The products are made one by one by hand by our employees. But we guarantee that while maintaining low profits, we will also strictly control the quality. This is our commitment to you.
2. Each product will be inspected before shipment! However, it is inevitable that there will still be situations where the products reach the customers and cause defects. For factory quality issues, we promise: returns or exchanges are available. Our profit margin has been kept very low, with a focus on volume sales. We can't afford the hassle of round-trip shipping fees (this is not Taobao). If there are any defective ones, please keep them properly. After accumulating the quantity, return them to us together. Regarding the issue of return and exchange postage, we will cover it within 7 days. If it exceeds 7 days, each party will pay the postage separately. The return postage standard will be based on the standard we charge you (by placing the order, it is deemed as consent), not the standard you paid to the Courier!! For cooperating customers, during the cooperation period (basically, there are purchases every month), the postage will be borne by us.
