1: Order sample: The specific sample fee will be charged based on the specific style. If the order quantity is 200 or more, the sample fee can be refunded. The sample making time is generally about 7 days, and the exact time is determined according to the factory's order scheduling.

2: Order payment: Within 24 hours from the signing of the contract, the customer must prepay 30% of the total payment. The remaining payment should be settled before shipment. The payment methods can be directly transferred from major banks or paid through Alipay.

3: Logistics delivery: For bulk goods, we default to Anner Logistics or other logistics, or other express services. Freight is collected on delivery. The specific situation depends on the circumstances.

4. After-sales Service: In case of quality or other reasons, we will take full responsibility and promptly solve the problems for the customers. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the goods during long-distance transportation or any delay caused by factors beyond the control of the transportation process or human power. If the customer refuses to accept the goods upon inspection, they should seek compensation from the logistics company.
