All of our pictures are taken of the actual objects. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the pictures and the actual objects. Buyers who cannot tolerate color differences should not place orders!

We have specially trained pickers and packers who will pick and pack the buyers' goods as quickly as possible and properly. However, our shipment volume is increasing day by day. Also, due to the rapid sales of some best-selling products, there are often out-of-stock situations, especially during peak sales seasons. The goods that were in stock just now have been fully allocated in a short while. Therefore, it is not ruled out that some products may be out of stock after placing an order. Thus, it is normal for it to take two to three days at times. We will try our best to arrange for early shipment. For those in stock, we will try to ship them on the same day. Solutions to out-of-stock issues: Generally, we will contact the buyer, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If the buyer cannot be reached, the default principle is to ship as much as possible according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the buyer in full.

Missing items (insufficient quantity upon receipt and not marked as not sent) : 1. For goods under 300 yuan, please count the quantity on the spot with the transportation company staff upon receipt. If there are any missing items, please have the transportation company staff sign for confirmation. We will contact the shipping company for compensation and make up for your missing parts.
For goods worth over 300 yuan, please inform us of the quantity you are missing within 24 hours after signing for them.
