Regarding purchase: Dear! We mainly do wholesale. All prices are wholesale prices without free shipping.

Also known as a wheeled storage basket, bathroom drain storage, cabinet storage, desktop storage, and storage box, the size is measured manually. Due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of 1 to 2cm.
Regarding color: All the products in our store are photographed in real life and are closest to the tiled pictures of the actual items. This is because there are differences in color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors.
Regarding logistics: Small items can be sent by express delivery, while large items are recommended to be consigned. The cooperative express delivery service is Yunda Post Yousu Express. The charges will be based on the actual weight or the volume of the packaging box. Consigned items are paid on delivery.
Regarding shipment: Under normal circumstances, the goods will be dispatched within 48 hours. In special circumstances, such as seasonal congestion or warehouse out-of-stock situations, the delivery time may be appropriately extended. We appreciate your understanding.
Vi. Regarding Receiving goods: Before signing for the goods upon receipt, please verify whether there are any issues such as damaged goods or lost items. If any of the above situations occur, please contact us first to negotiate and handle them.
Vii. Regarding out-of-stock: To ensure that customers receive their goods in a timely manner, for out-of-stock orders, we will contact the customers first. After obtaining their permission, we will dispatch the products in stock first. After receiving the goods, customers can apply for a refund for the out-of-stock parts. We appreciate your understanding.
Regarding after-sales service
Before shipping the products from our store, we will properly package them. If they are damaged during transportation, please take photos and send them to us within 24 hours. We will resend them as soon as possible. If it is a product quality issue, the return or exchange shipping fee will be borne by us.
2. If the product is damaged, please take photos to contact our customer service. The photos must show two details: First, a picture of the outer box being intact; Second, the details of product damage. This makes it convenient for us to communicate with you about restocking.
