1. Regarding shipping: All products of our factory are mainly sold in bulk. For each style, the minimum order quantity is one box. For LOGO printing, the minimum quantity is two boxes. The starting plate fee is charged at 50 yuan per color. Additionally, an extra 0.1 yuan is charged for each cup. For large orders, the starting plate fee can be waived.
2. Regarding damage: If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos and communicate with our customer service. If the situation is true, we will contact the logistics company to negotiate compensation.
3. Regarding logistics: Our factory's products do not offer free shipping. By default, they will be delivered to your door via express logistics. For special areas, please pick up the goods yourself. If you need to specify the freight or pay on delivery, please consult our customer service.
