1. Regarding sample fabric: If you need to purchase sample fabric, please contact us to arrange a sample card. The sample fabric for immediate delivery should be cut at least one meter. The cutting fee can be refunded when the goods are made into larger quantities. Quality samples (half A4 size) are provided free of charge, but the postage is at your own expense (pay on delivery by SF Express). We appreciate your understanding! Bulk goods are available starting from one piece. Due to lighting, shooting equipment, and color deviations of the display, there may be reasonable differences between the actual product and the picture. For those with high requirements, samples can be provided for custom dyeing.

2 Regarding shipping fees: All quotations from our company do not include shipping fees. Small quantities of sample fabrics will be sent by express delivery, and the cost will be borne by the buyer. For bulk goods, logistics will be used, and the freight will be borne by the buyer on a cash on delivery basis.

3 Regarding out-of-stock situations: Due to the wide variety of fabric colors, the popular colors change every year, and our products come in and out relatively quickly. At the same time, to avoid overstocking, we will control the quantity of production inventory. If you have a large order demand, please contact us in advance in a timely manner. We will promptly carry out the production inventory preparation work (it usually takes 5 to 10 days for the production process). Thank you for your understanding. In the event that a certain product or color is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you promptly. Sometimes, when some of our less popular colors are sold out, we will take them off the shelves. If you need the fabrics of the colors that have been taken off the shelves, we can replenish them, but we will not replenish those with smaller sizes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

4. Regarding packaging: It can be packed in rolls or pieces, with an inner plastic bag and an outer woven bag. The amount of bulk knitted fabric is calculated by weight, with each roll including the weight of the paper tube.

5 Payment method: Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Alipay guaranteed transaction is also available.

6 Regarding sample customization: As the popular colors of fabrics are constantly changing, it's impossible for our store to have all the new colors available. Therefore, our company offers a sample customization service for customers. A 30% deposit is required before starting the production of bulk goods. After the bulk goods are produced, we will send rice samples for confirmation first. Once confirmed, the full payment will be made and the goods will be dispatched upon receipt of the payment.

7 Freight: Generally, within 1 to 200 meters, express delivery (such as ZTO, YTO, SF Express, etc.) can be used. For distances over 200 meters, logistics freight companies will be adopted. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide the contact information of the unloading location of the freight company to facilitate the buyer's inquiry and pick-up.

8 Regarding color differences: It is well known that the dyeing and printing process of fabric samples is very complicated, and it is inevitable that problems such as tank differences (the same color, but not dyed in the same tank, with slight color deviations) and stitch differences (slight color differences that occur in some special cases when dyed in the same tank of fabric) will occur. When the above situations occur, within a certain range, we hope that customers can understand and be included. If they are truly serious, we will also point them out.

9 Regarding returns: Due to the special nature of fabric weaving, there are many production processes. It is normal for there to be minor flaws (those who often buy fabric know this). Once fabric is sold, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality issues (if there are quality problems, please contact us without cutting. Once cut, we will not accept returns or exchanges). If you are worried that the fabric you receive is not what you want, Then please take the sample card and sample cloth first to avoid any unnecessary trouble. We hope for your understanding.
