Before receiving the goods: Please make sure the outer packaging is intact and there are no signs of damage or abnormalities before receiving the goods. If the outer packaging of the carton is damaged, please count and check the goods in time before the postman leaves. If there are any quality problems or incorrect quantities, please contact us in front of the postman. If the watch received is damaged, please inform the online customer service on the day of receipt, take pictures of the damaged product and send them to us. Our colleagues will keep a record for you or handle it accordingly.
Specific solutions for returns and exchanges: (Once a product is sold, no return or exchange service will be provided for non-quality issues.) If you have any questions, please contact customer service within seven days for handling.
Option One: If the received watch is damaged or has quality issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods. Due to the extremely low profit margin of small-scale wholesale, for returns of products with quality issues under 500 yuan, both parties shall pay half of the postage. Please notify us first when returning the product. Please package the product for us. The buyer should pay the shipping fee for the return first. After we verify and confirm it is correct upon receipt, we will reimburse ten yuan for the shipping fee to Alipay.
Option Two If you receive watches that are damaged or have quality issues, and the quantity is one or two, please accumulate them first. On the day of receiving the goods, please inform the online customer service. Take pictures of the damaged products and send them to us or describe the situation of the quality issues to us. Our colleagues will keep a record for you. In the future, if the cumulative damage reaches about 200 yuan, please return it all at once. The watch you sent back will be sent together with your next purchase. Please notify us before returning the product. Please pack the product for us and pay the shipping fee first. After we receive it and verify it without error, we will reimburse ten yuan for the shipping fee to Alipay.
Option Three: For damages caused by human factors, only assistance in repair is provided. The freight charges are all borne by the customer. We offer free repair services for issues related to the movement. For problems that require replacement of parts, we charge corresponding fees based on different parts. If you find it hard to accept or only want to place an order for the goods once, please choose carefully. Because when you are choosing suppliers, we are also choosing customers. We only want to choose long-term cooperative customers.
Option Four: For consignment customers, except for the shipping cost of 10 yuan which we will uniformly reimburse for incorrect shipping, all other after-sales risks shall be borne by the consignment customers themselves. We support seven-day no-reason return and exchange. The goods are guaranteed to be brand new and the full amount will be refunded. If it affects secondary sales, the relative depreciation cost will be deducted according to different accessories. The shipping cost for both dispatch and return shall be borne by the consignment customers.
