Products with logos engraved on clothes hangers or trouser racks are custom-made. Once an order is placed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Before engraving the LOGO, we will make a sample for the buyer's confirmation. Only after the buyer's confirmation will we start to engrave the LOGO in bulk. Each clothes hanger or trouser rack is hand-engraved with the LOGO one by one. The final effect will be as consistent as possible with the sample confirmed by the customer. A deviation of 0.1 to 0.5 is a normal phenomenon!

PS: Return and exchange postage instructions (very important)
1. In case of wrong or missed delivery, ---- : for wrong delivery, we will cover the postage for handling. For missed delivery, if the quantity is small or the product detail sheet indicates out-of-stock, the out-of-stock part will be processed as a "refund application". For a large number of missed deliveries, we will cover the postage and help you resend them!
2. Product quality issues ---- Due to the particularity of wholesale, the quantity of goods is also relatively large. Although the manufacturer has strictly controlled the quality before shipping to us, it is normal for a few defective products to exist. Sometimes, the profit is even lower than the round-trip shipping cost. If we have to pay for the round-trip shipping cost of the exchange, not only will we not make a profit, but more often we will lose money. No one would do a business that loses money.
