Note for extended products:

3mm extended quenched Allen wrenches are all straight when they are semi-finished products. Because 3mm is relatively small and the length is too long, there will be a few slight thermal bends during the quenching heat treatment process. Specifications above 4mm are basically straight, and the heat treatment process cannot be controlled or avoided. This does not affect the use and is not a defective product. For customers with high requirements, it is recommended to contact customer service for handling. For customers who cannot accept it, they can return or exchange the goods at their own expense.

Product diameter length introduction

Example: 1.5mm nickel plating, quenching and hardening (17*45). 1.5mm is the edge-to-edge diameter of the hexagon. Nickel plating is the electroplating color of the product's appearance, and some are galvanized colors. Quenching and hardening is the high-temperature heat treatment to increase the hardness of the product. The length of the short side of the hexagon in the parentheses is 17* the length of the long side of 45.

Product diameter error issue:

          Example: 3mm galvanized without quenching (18*52),3mm is the diameter of the Allen socket. The 3mm Allen socket is not the standard 3mm, and there will be an error of about 0.2-0.3mm. Due to the wide variety of screws on the market, in order to make universal Allen socket screws for the market, the wrench will be slightly smaller to facilitate clamping. If the diameter of the Allen wrench is made larger than the screw opening, it cannot be used. If you need the standard diameter size, please do not purchase it. If you need the standard diameter and cannot accept the error, the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost for the return.

 Product length deviation issue

          Example: 1.5mm nickel-plated, quenched and hardened (17*45). The length in parentheses may change when a new batch of goods is replaced. The short side is 17mm and the long side is 45mm. In some batches, the difference can be 2-5mm. For instance, the short side is 2-5mm longer, and sometimes the short side is 2-5mm shorter, the long side is 2-5mm shorter, and the long side is 2-5mm shorter. Because the length is cut by a knife, there will be a slight error in the length of each batch. This is within the normal error range. If you need one with no error at all, please contact the customer at the time of purchase for the exact length of the batch. If you purchase it yourself and cannot accept returns with errors, please bear the shipping cost yourself and send it back. Thank you.

Note: Regarding the issue of electroplating on the surface, if the surface is ordinary electroplated, it may oxidize or rust due to damp air or improper storage.
