Regarding returns and exchanges: We offer a 15-day no-reason return and exchange policy, which does not affect secondary sales. Washed bedding is non-returnable and non-exchangeable!

Color difference issue: All pictures are real photos taken in the studio. Due to the differences in lighting, angles, and the display screens of each person's mobile phones or computers, there will be some color differences to a greater or lesser extent. Those who are concerned should be cautious when taking pictures!! Color difference does not fall under quality issues

Warm reminder: Due to the high cost of home textile bedding, once washed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please check carefully after receiving the goods (check if the pattern and size are correct and if there are any defects in the fabric). Only after confirming that everything is correct can it be washed in water! Once in the water, no returns or exchanges are allowed

It is a normal phenomenon that dark bedding may have a little floating color when washed for the first time. After one or two washes, this situation will disappear and you can use it with confidence. The bedding is hand-cut and may have an error of ± 5cm, which is a normal situation and not a quality issue.
