Dear friends, for a more pleasant cooperation, please take a few minutes to read the following points in detail:
All the items in our store with watermarks are actually photographed. What you see is what you get. The actual items are basically the same as the pictures. You get what you pay for. Quality is guaranteed. Please feel free to purchase.
2. Return and exchange: As the photos were taken in a studio, there may be differences in color from the pictures. Due to the resolution, monitor, graphics card and other reasons of each computer, there may be slight differences in the pictures. This is a normal phenomenon! If the packaging bag of the product is damaged and affects its secondary sale, it will not be returned or exchanged.
3. Color difference issue: Due to everyone's vision and display issues, there will be a certain color difference between the actual product and the picture. Just like when we take photos, the picture is relatively bright, while the actual product is dark. Therefore, customers who care about color difference should carefully consider before taking photos.
4. Evaluation Issues: Evaluation: I attach great importance to every buyer's evaluation and strive to provide perfect service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the item after receiving it, please do not rush to evaluate it. Contact the store owner promptly for a detailed discussion. We will definitely provide you with a proper solution. Please also give a sincere evaluation after solving your problem.
5. Quality issues: Before shipment, there will be a dedicated department to pack the products, so there should be no quality problems. However, it is impossible to guarantee 100% quality. Products without watermarks are basically high-quality imitations. If the products do not match the genuine ones, we regret that we cannot afford to accept them. If the product does have inherent defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will definitely solve it properly for you.
A. For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the round-trip postage shall be borne by the buyer themselves.
When returning or exchanging goods, please ensure that the packaging is the same as the original one and does not affect the next sale, such as the packaging bag, etc.
C. When receiving the goods, please sign for them yourself and check in front of the delivery person that the goods are undamaged before signing for them. If someone else signs for the goods on your behalf or you sign directly and find that the goods are damaged, our store reserves the right not to accept your exchange or return requests.
