1. Return and exchange policy:
a. Quality Issues: If the product has quality problems, it can be returned within 15 days (based on the order date), but the packaging must be intact and the product must be in good condition. We do not accept returns of products that have already been used by the buyer. Before returning the goods, please contact our customer service to apply for a return and then send the goods back (the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the buyer). b. Product Packaging: As the factory may change the outer packaging of the product according to the production situation, if the outer packaging is different from the pictures on Alibaba or the goods you purchased before, it is not a quality issue and we do not accept returns.

c. Color Difference: As the factory cannot guarantee that the color of each batch of goods is exactly the same as the picture on Alibaba, if the product color is different from the picture on Alibaba, it is not a quality issue and we do not accept returns.

d. Damaged package: If the outer packaging is damaged upon receipt of the package, please contact us before signing for it. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the express delivery company, and thus cannot undertake any after-sales service, including the loss or damage of goods, etc.

e. For returns or exchanges without quality issues, prior consent from us is required. We do not accept any requests for returns or exchanges that exceed 30 days from the order date.

f. Products with multiple colors and styles are randomly mixed by default and do not accept specified ones. When there are not many styles in the warehouse sent randomly, the same style and color may appear. If you mind this, please do not purchase randomly selected products. We do not accept returns resulting from this.

2. Due to the large number of orders we need to handle every day and the fact that we allocate goods based on the order payment time, there may be some orders that are out of stock. To ensure that customers receive their goods in a timely manner, orders that cannot be reached within 1-2 days will be dealt with first for missing shipments.
