The operating principle of the machine: - The bottles to be filled are first placed into the bottle arranging turntable. Under the action of the bottle arranging turntable, the bottles enter the conveyor belt in sequence. The bottles enter the filling main unit through the conveyor belt. The bottle detection sensor detects whether there are any bottles at this workstation. The detection signal is sent to the internal control system to control filling when there are bottles and not filling when there are no bottles. If a bottle is detected earlier, start filling. It is divided into two rounds of filling here. The filled bottles then pass through the working turntable to the next stage of the outer cap dropping device. The capped bottles enter the sealing station for sealing operation. The finally sealed bottles are pulled out by the bottle-pulling rod and sent onto the conveyor belt.
