If it is loose, the seal will not be tight and air leakage will occur. If it is too tight (such as being soaked in hot water before it can be put on), the aging of the rubber hose will be accelerated. In addition, it is necessary to regularly check whether the rubber hoses have cracks or fallen off. Because many fires caused by stoves are resulting from joints.

Ii. Daily Usage Methods of Gas Stoves

(1) Read the instructions carefully. The usage methods of gas appliances of the same brand may vary. Please read them carefully and use them correctly.

(2) When the gas usage is over, it is important to cultivate the good habit of turning off the fire when leaving. After use, before going to bed or when going out, you should check whether the gas has been turned off. Turning off the gas refers to: closing the plug valve and ball valve of the gas appliance switch. Usually, the plug valve, gas appliance switch and gas cylinder valve should be closed. If you are away from home for a long time, the ball valve in front of the gas meter should be closed to completely cut off the gas source.

(3) Use various gas-specific gas appliances. The types of gas sources are diverse, and gas appliances that match them must be used. Using the wrong gas appliance can lead to incomplete combustion of gas, generating carbon monoxide, which can cause poisoning and death.

(4) During use, it is important to note that gas appliances must not be used without supervision. When cooking, soup, drowning, milk, noodles, etc. are prone to overflow. Extra attention should be paid to prevent the spilled soup from extinguishing the stove and causing gas leakage.

(5) When the flame fails to ignite, pay attention. If it fails to ignite for three consecutive times, pause for a while to ensure that the gas has dissipated before attempting to ignite again. Although the gas appliance has not been ignited, the gas has been released many times. It is very likely to explode when exposed to an open flame. Special attention should be paid to this issue when using a water heater.

(6) After turning on the gas appliance, be sure to unscrew the switch of the gas appliance. Make sure the gas appliance is on fire before leaving. If the gas appliance malfunctions and fails to ignite, while the switch of the gas appliance remains on all the time, it will cause gas leakage.
