For consignment products, quality issues or damage during transportation are inevitable. The company only covers the shipping cost for dispatch and does not cover the shipping cost for return.
2. For products that are not due to quality issues or are damaged during transportation, the company will not cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Ii. Regarding wholesalers
For long-term customers, major customers or corporate member customers, as long as the products of our company have quality issues and weigh more than 6 kilograms in total, they will be sent for ordinary consignment (we do not accept well-known logistics companies such as Deppon, Jiaji, Tiandi Huayu, Anner, etc.). We will bear the freight. If the weight is less than 6 kilograms, the freight will be borne by the customer.
2. For ordinary customers, if the products are damaged during transportation and not signed for, we will be responsible and cooperate with us to handle the logistics claims. If the damaged products are signed for, generally the company will not be responsible.
3. If quality issues occur after the customer purchases the company's products and then sells them to other places, the company will only be responsible for the shipping cost to the customer's location and the return cost. Other expenses shall be borne by the customer.
Iii. Regarding the printing of product logos or product customization
Once the product customization, LOGO or advertisement is confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. If a return or refund is required, the company must bear all printing costs and 70% of the total product price as compensation.
2. For custom LOGO or advertisement printing, if there is a product quality issue, the product with the quality problem will not be reprinted. The product with the quality issue can be returned. If there are some flaws in the printing effect (generally not), we will not be responsible for returns and refunds.
Iv. Special Precautions
After the goods are signed for, fragile items (such as transparent umbrellas, glass cups, etc.) need to be inspected within 2 days, and non-fragile items need to be inspected within 7 days. If any problems are found beyond the specified period, the company will not bear any responsibility.
2. The return shipping fee cannot be sent by SF Express with cash on delivery or other Courier services. For specific details, please contact the Wangwang customer service on the company's website.
