Perfectionists and those who care about the appearance are advised not to purchase. If you need to exchange the goods, the postage will be at your own expense! Our store has a meager profit margin and does not accept returns other than those due to quality issues! This product does not offer a seven-day no-reason return policy! Customers who are particular about the appearance are advised to place orders with caution! To avoid unnecessary disputes!  

Shipping Instructions

Due to the relatively large weight of such inflatable toys, generally less than 200 pieces will be sent by express delivery. For more than 300 pieces, except for Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, they will all be sent to the logistics consignment department (self-pickup) unless requested by the customer. The logistics fee can be paid on delivery or in cash. Due to the well-developed logistics system in Yiwu, the cost of self-pickup by logistics is half that of express delivery. It is recommended to send logistics for orders of 300 or more per item. Yiwu logistics basically covers all parts of the country. If there are any quality issues such as air leakage or damage, the seller will bear the shipping cost within 3 days of receiving the goods! For other situations such as overdue returns and exchanges that do not fall under quality issues, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost themselves!
