1. Regarding quality assurance: All LED bulbs produced by our factory are guaranteed for one year. If there are any defective products, they will be exchanged for new ones within one year. The shipping cost is AA (the consignor pays the shipping cost)! If the amount of each order you place with our factory exceeds 3,000 yuan, the round-trip shipping cost for defective products will be covered by us. If you are not purchasing goods for a long time or the quantity is relatively small, please consider the logistics cost carefully!

2. Regarding the shipping time: If you place an order and make payment before 12:00 on the same day, for our regular product orders with a payment of less than 3,000 yuan, we usually arrange for shipping on the same day. In case of any special circumstances, our customer service will contact you by phone. For orders placed after 12 o 'clock, we will arrange for shipment the next day. If you need an expedited service, please communicate with our customer service first. We will do our best to cooperate with you if you can ship on the same day!

3. Regarding freight and logistics: For two or more boxes of goods, logistics transportation is generally chosen. The products are sold at the factory price and freight is not included. Please fill in "0.00" for freight (please note the format). Logistics fees are payable on delivery. After the goods arrive at the destination, please go to the logistics company in person with your ID card to pick them up! If you need to send by express delivery, please contact the online customer service to modify the shipping fee before making the payment. The express delivery fee and the payment for goods should be paid together. Those who have not paid the express delivery fee cannot be dispatched. Our company defaults to ZTO Express. If you have a designated logistics or Courier service, please leave a message in the remarks!

4. Regarding the color temperature of the bulb and the specification of the lamp cap: The standard color of the bulb is pure white. For customers who want warm white (yellow light), please consult the customer service staff. Also, if you have the goods in stock, please remember to make a note! Due to regional differences, the sales situation of lamp head interfaces varies. Our company has screw sockets (marked as E27) and bayonet sockets (marked as B22). Please pay attention when placing your order! Our shipment is subject to the content on the shipping note you placed.

5. Regarding discounts and gifts: Our factory's prices are uniform wholesale prices and no bargaining is available. However, all the sales gadgets of our company are given away for free. Each customer only has one chance to receive them within half a year.
