Regarding shrinkage: Shrinkage occurs in all dyeing processes. For a 15-digit barcode, after dyeing, the shrinkage is generally around 14-14.5 digits. The shrinkage rate of the collar flower depends on the size of the collar flower itself. Generally, the size is 1cm, and for larger ones, it is about 2cm. Regarding shipping fees: All quotations do not include shipping fees. Sample fabrics will be sent by express delivery, and the cost will be borne by the buyer. For bulk goods, logistics will be used, and the freight will be borne by the buyer on a cash on delivery basis. For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, if it is indeed our responsibility, we will bear the shipping cost of the returns or exchanges.
 
Regarding out-of-stock situations: Due to the wide variety of styles, types and colors, the popular colors change every year, and our products come in and out relatively quickly. At the same time, to avoid overstocking, we will control the quantity of production inventory. If you have a large order demand, please contact us in advance in a timely manner. We will promptly carry out the production inventory preparation work (it usually takes 5 to 10 days for the production process). Thank you for your understanding. In the event that a certain product or color is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you promptly.
 
Regarding sample customization: We offer a service of customizing samples for customers. If you want to make other colors or patterns, you can send color cards or samples to us. After the samples are confirmed, a 30% deposit should be paid first before starting the production of bulk goods. Once the bulk goods are produced, we will send the confirmation samples first. After confirmation, the full payment will be made and the goods will be dispatched upon receipt of the payment.
 
Regarding freight: Small items and samples will be sent by express delivery (Yunda, SF Express), while large items will be sent by logistics freight companies. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide the contact information and phone number of the unloading location of the freight company to facilitate buyers' inquiries and pick-up.
 
Regarding after-sales service: Once sold, non-quality issues are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. (If there are quality issues, please contact us within 3 days without cutting. Once cut, we will not accept returns or exchanges.) We will wholeheartedly solve any problems for you until you are satisfied!
