Wholesale Notice

By purchasing our company's products, you are deemed to have agreed to the following wholesale instructions. Therefore, please read them carefully, buyers.

1. Is it retail? Can it be mixed in batches?

All batches can be mixed at will throughout the venue. Due to the customer's demand for samples, no purchase quantity limit has been set. As a factory, our positioning is to serve wholesalers and not retail. Our store is the official online sales direct store of our factory, selling at a small profit but in large quantities.
2. Regarding quality:

All the goods in our store are produced in our own factory. In terms of product quality, for those who are encountering it for the first time, we suggest conducting a sample test first to familiarize themselves with the positioning, and then placing a large order.
3. Regarding product prices and free shipping:

Free shipping is available in some areas for orders over 500 yuan (no other promotions throughout the year).
For small orders: If the quantity of the same style and color is 100 pieces or less than half a box each time, the actual price on Alibaba (commonly known as "quality price" by our company) will be used.
Bulk purchase: If the quantity of the same style and color is 100 or half a box or more each time, you can enjoy a cheaper price, but the shipping cost is at your own expense. At the same time, you cannot enjoy any Alibaba promotion discounts (commonly known as "regular price" by our company). Usually, such prices are 10% off the actual price on Alibaba.
4. Procurement Points:

Cumulative monthly purchase amount (natural month)

Get 100 points for every 2,000 yuan spent.

Get 300 points for every 5,000 yuan spent.

Get 1,000 points for every 10,000 yuan spent.

Get 10,000 points for a purchase of 50,000 yuan or more.

Get 30,000 points for a purchase of 100,000 yuan or more.

Deposit 10,000 yuan in advance and get an additional 200 points

For every 2,000 points, you can exchange for a large display board (including samples) that is 1.2 meters long and 0.55 meters wide, with free shipping to the store

Points can be used to offset the payment for goods. For every 10 points, 1 RMB can be deducted

5. Display Board
The cost of a large display board (including samples) measuring 1.2 meters in length and 0.55 meters in width is approximately 300 RMB. It is recommended to use purchase points for redemption or to obtain points for redemption through pre-deposit.
6. Sample
Samples up to 5 are provided free of charge (except for some products), and the shipping fee is to be paid on delivery by SF Express. You can leave a message to explain within 5 samples. For more samples, you can place an order directly in the store. It's not that our company is stingy with samples. Long-term cooperative customers usually receive a continuous and timely automatic push of new products. The threshold setting here is mainly to identify the customer's purpose. Please understand.
Sample fees will be refunded and wholesalers will be supported to take samples for free. Customers can directly purchase the products as samples. If the total number of products purchased reaches 500 or one box, the sample fee for the corresponding product will be refunded.
7. Sample processing
As a factory, we do have this capability. However, the dozen or so production processes, the cost of mold opening, and the fluctuation in output all make this a high-threshold business. Therefore, the minimum order quantity is usually high. For specific details, please contact customer service for consultation.
8. Can the packaging of the in-stock items on the website be changed as needed?
Sure. If the packaging is blank or universal neutral packaging, no additional charges will be required. If the customer needs to specify a trademark, the packaging consumables (outer bag, inner box, outer case, etc.) will be provided by the customer and can be sent to our factory by express delivery.

Amazon, AliExpress and other businesses require N pieces per dozen. Customized packaging is also available. For specific details, please contact customer service for consultation.
9. Production cycle of out-of-stock products:
The production cycle is generally 10 to 20 days.
For regular styles, the production cycle will be within 10 days or even shorter.
For unconventional styles, the cycle fluctuates greatly (if your order quantity is sufficient to initiate production, it can be done within the normal cycle. If your order quantity is too low to initiate production independently, you need to wait for others' orders to be consolidated, and the time will be determined by negotiation. Generally, for external orders, this is preferred).
10. Regarding out-of-stock:
Our inventory is usually quite sufficient. However, we are wholesales both online and offline, and we operate under a mixed business model of domestic and foreign sales. Sometimes, when customer orders are large or there is a possibility of temporary stockouts, inventory is dynamic and changes rapidly. If you have a favorite item that you want to sell for a long time, it is recommended that you stock up more!
11. Express delivery
By default, regular express delivery is provided. If you have a higher time limit requirement (such as SF Express, etc.), please contact customer service to make up the difference in shipping fees.
The express delivery fees shown are all the cooperative agreement prices of the express delivery companies, that is, only the discounted freight charges have been collected.

How many days does it take to reach XX location: Generally, it takes 2 days for goods to arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Customers can directly see the update of the express delivery information in the purchase order.

Sf Express Note: If the customer requests to change to SF Express, we assume that the customer selects "SF Express Special Offer" (the shipping cost for metal products is too high). Even so, in most cases, the shipping cost is still about twice as high as our default regular express service (only estimated). If the customer requests to change, they must have an expectation of the shipping cost themselves. Sf Express has the same shipping fee as cash on delivery. Therefore, for the sake of table disclosure, we have chosen to change the shipping fee to zero and the customer will pay on delivery. We assume that our customers are experienced wholesalers in the industry who have a clear understanding of their requirements. Therefore, we do not provide complicated reminders nor guarantee shipping fees. Customers should check the charges on the SF Express official website based on the actual weight of their packages.
12. Logistics and Freight:
If you think the express delivery fee is too high, you can choose to send it by freight logistics. All freight logistics items are paid on delivery and we do not charge any transportation fees. After the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to bring the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods. You should pay the freight to the logistics company when picking up the goods. Due to the different charging standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, and the fact that some places do not have direct delivery and require transfer, etc., we are unable to provide you with an exact figure. The actual charges of the logistics company shall prevail. Formal logistics can be checked online, but the freight charges are a bit higher than those of ordinary freight. For regular freight transportation, you can only make a phone call to inquire. The delivery time is about 3 to 8 days, depending on the distance.
(Note: If you choose a regular logistics service, you can claim compensation from the logistics company if your package is lost. Regular freight is cheaper, but no compensation is available for lost packages. The loss rate of regular freight is one in ten thousand, and the loss is not borne by our company. Please carefully consider which logistics service to choose.)"
13. Delivery time:
Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours after payment. Under normal circumstances, they are sent out the next day and usually do not exceed three days. In case of stock shortage, our customer service will notify you immediately. In case of special circumstances, large order volume or too many varieties, the delivery time may be adjusted. For details, please consult our customer service. The agreed delivery time shall prevail.
14. Regarding returns and exchanges:
If you are concerned about the product quality (which is actually a positioning issue), please take a sample first and then confirm the purchase to avoid disputes due to the product not being suitable for return. For non-quality issues and non-custom-made items, returns and exchanges can be negotiated. The round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
For quality issues, free returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
The scope of quality issues: damaged goods, wrong shipments (color, style, size), missed shipments, etc., which make the goods unsalable. When applying for returns or exchanges, please be sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate and handle the situation.
Non-quality issues: Minor color differences due to batch variations and minor defects that do not affect overall usage.
Most of the color differences come from the different display parameters of their respective computers and mobile phones. On each product detail page, our principle for creating images is to take pictures of the actual product without changing its appearance through PS. However, we have no control over your monitor.
15. List of goods attached:
By default, we do not include a list with the goods. If you have any special requirements (such as a list or a separate receipt, etc.), please communicate with our customer service and clearly state your detailed requirements in the buyer's remarks section.
16. Price changes:
As a factory, we do not leave any room for marketing in our pricing. We always increase the price based on the production cost. Therefore, once the material price fluctuates, our selling price may also fluctuate - the price may rise and fall. Customers can check the spot prices of metal materials on major exchanges by themselves.
17. Customer's own pricing
Our company does not set a selling price for customers (whether for retail or other purposes, it is determined by your own positioning).
18. Credit cards or other payment methods:
Our company is a KA Senior VIP on the Alibaba platform. We actively respond to all the policies of the Alibaba platform and support all the methods suggested by the platform.
19. Are the online products all the company's products?
No, this is only a small part. Our factory has much more foreign orders than domestic ones. We welcome foreign orders to consult our customer service for electronic brochures and English version pictures. Our company has a significant advantage in foreign orders and strong production capacity.
20. Is it possible to conduct an on-site inspection at the factory?
At any time, friends and partners from all walks of life are welcome to visit, offer guidance and conduct business negotiations.
