Our store is a physical wholesale company with both online and offline sales. We always have stock in stock. However, sometimes due to the fact that some leather materials sell out relatively quickly, there are occasional temporary stockouts of certain varieties and colors. Dear customer, it's best to consult before placing an order to be on the safe side.

2. There may also be occasional broken ends throughout the entire roll, so this does not fall under quality issues. If you have any concerns about this, please make it particularly clear when shooting. We will try our best to avoid it.

3. The width of the artificial leather fabric door is 1.4 meters. Please calculate the area and length you need before taking the photo. It's best to leave a little margin appropriately.

4. All the photos of the products are taken in real life. However, due to the display screen and the lighting during shooting, there may be some color differences between the pictures and the actual products. If you have high requirements for the color, please inform the customer service that you need a color sample. The color sample is free of charge, but you need to pay for the express delivery yourself.

5. As our store is a physical company, we accept returns as long as it does not affect secondary sales. Note: Once the leather has been cut, we do not accept returns. Therefore, please make sure it is suitable before cutting.

As the items in our store are relatively heavy, approximately 0.8 to 1 kilogram per meter, if you are purchasing a large quantity and the distance is far, you can choose logistics. Our store has trains dispatched for logistics every day, and we will deliver them to the logistics company as soon as possible. The logistics fee is usually collected on delivery, so you need to pick up the goods in person. If there is a designated logistics or Courier service, please specify.
