Wholesale after-sales rules
1. Replacement and handling of damaged and faulty meters
If there is no feedback of damage or malfunction within 7 days after the express delivery is signed for, it is assumed that all products are in good condition.
If the problem list within two months of the order accumulates to more than 10, please contact customer service for exchange. The round-trip shipping cost will be borne by us (the seller).
If no 10 items are accumulated, the postage for exchange shall be borne by the buyer. Orders that are over two months old will not be subject to exchange.
In order to enable customers to obtain products with more price advantages, which are of low value and low profit margin, when the quantity of watches is small, the shipping cost may be higher than the value of the products themselves. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
2. Exchange handling of non-faulty meters
When the product is not a quality issue (including minor flaws) and needs to be exchanged, it can be replaced with the same style in different colors or other styles at the following discount:
Within one month of placing an order, the exchange postage will be calculated at a 10% discount off the value of the goods, and the buyer shall bear the cost.
Within two months of the order, the exchange postage will be calculated at 20% of the value of the goods, and the buyer shall bear the cost.
For orders within three months, the exchange postage will be calculated at a 30% discount off the value of the goods, and the buyer shall bear the cost.
Orders placed over three months ago will not be subject to after-sales service.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500, or the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a clearance style, no returns or exchanges will be processed.
Regarding mixed batch
The goods are picked up in a scattered manner, one or two per style. For orders with many styles but small quantities, due to the scattered styles ordered, it takes a lot of time to retrieve the goods. Therefore, if there are any colors that are out of stock, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style as substitutes for shipment to complete the total number of orders. Please be informed.
Regarding shipment
Due to the huge daily shipment volume, wholesale customers only conduct appearance inspections before shipping. It is inevitable that there will be defective products caught during the process. Please follow the procedures mentioned in Points 1 and 2 above for exchange.
