What are LED plant lights
As is well known to all, the growth of plants cannot do without the photosynthesis of sunlight and the absorption of nutrients from it. However, as the saying goes, "Man proposes, God disposes." Not every day is sunny, which leads to uneven growth of plant seedlings. The plant growth lamp solves this problem. It simulates sunlight to provide supplementary light for plants, thereby achieving rapid and vigorous growth of plants and increasing income.
1. Functions of LED plant lights:
There are two switches in total, each controlling half of the light. So sometimes you can turn off half of the light to save energy.
2. Daisy chain function: You only need one connection chain to connect several lights together and light them up.
3. Installation and disassembly within three minutes. If one module doesn't work, you just need to remove it, and the others will work normally.

2. Features of LED Plant Lights:
It can replace 3 to 5 times the power of high-pressure sodium lamps and save 80% of electricity compared with traditional high-pressure sodium lamps and metal halide lamps.

3. Principle of LED Plant Lights:
Plants all need sunlight to grow more vigorously. The role of light in plant growth is to promote the absorption of nutrients such as carbon dioxide and water by chlorophyll in plants and the synthesis of carbohydrates. However, modern science enables plants to grow better in places without sunlight. People have grasped the intrinsic principle of plants' need for sunlight, which is the photosynthesis of leaves. During the photosynthesis of leaves, external photons are needed to excite them to complete the entire photosynthesis process. Sunlight is the energy supply process stimulated by photons. Artificial creation of light sources can also enable plants to complete the photosynthesis process. Modern horticulture or plant factories have integrated supplementary lighting technology or completely artificial light technology. Scientists have discovered that the blue light region and the red light region are very close to the efficiency curve of plant photosynthesis and serve as the light source for plant growth.
4. Wavelength of LED plant lamp
The influence of light of different wavelengths on plant photosynthesis varies. The light required for plant photosynthesis has a wavelength of approximately 400-700nm. Light at 400-500nm (blue) and 610-720nm (red) make significant contributions to photosynthesis

4. The ratio of red to blue leds for LED plant lights is generally between 4:1 and 9:1, and usually 4 to 7:1 can be selected.
When using plant lamps to provide supplementary light for plants, the height from the leaves is generally about 0.5 meters. Continuous illumination for 12 to 16 hours a day can replace direct sunlight.
5. Functions of LED plant lights:
Organic farming is an agricultural production system that does not use chemically synthesized fertilizers, pesticides, growth regulators, nor does it adopt genetic engineering and ion radiation technology. Instead, it follows the laws of nature and uses agricultural, physical and biological methods to enrich the soil and control pests and diseases, in order to obtain safe organisms and their products.
In fact, organic farming does not completely avoid using fertilizers, but only organic fertilizers can be used: farmyard manure, mineral fertilizer, bio-bacterial fertilizer, etc. that have undergone high-temperature fermentation and harmless treatment. LED plant lights help shorten the growth cycle of plants because the light source of this kind of lamp is mainly composed of red and blue light sources, using the light bands that plants are most sensitive to. The red light wavelengths use 620-630nm and 640-660nm, and the blue light wavelengths use 450-460nm and 460-470nm. These light sources are all designed to enable plants to carry out photosynthesis and achieve good growth conditions. Both experiments and practical applications have shown that, in addition to providing supplementary light for plants during periods of light deficiency, they also promote the differentiation of multiple lateral branches and buds during the growth process, accelerate the growth of roots, stems and leaves, speed up the synthesis of carbohydrates and vitamins in plants, and shorten the growth cycle.

The recommended ratios are 8:1, 7:2, and 7:1:1 (red /630nm: blue /460nm Orange /610nm), a mixed light of red/blue/orange/yellow/green/purple/infrared/white (410~850nm) can be selected to meet the spectral needs of plants. Red light promotes plant germination and flowering, while blue light promotes plant growth.
7. Usage environment of LED plant lights:
The application principle is to fully simulate the photosynthesis of plants by sunlight, select the spectral combination that is beneficial to the growth needs of plants, and provide targeted energy supplementation to plants. It is suitable for water solution culture, gardening, sowing/seedling/propagation on home balconies, farms, flower exhibitions, potted plants, etc. This product is suitable for plant tissue culture and cultivation of medicinal materials, vegetables and flowers such as bananas, dendrobium, orchids, tobacco, seaweed, green peppers, eggplants, bitter gourds, tomatoes, grapes, lettuce and lettuces.
