Question 1: Will it turn black over time?

Answer: We guarantee that it won't turn black within a year. It is made of 316 stainless steel. 

Question 2: Are they separate necklace sets or earring sets? 

Answer: Yes, they are separate.

Question 3: Does it come with a box?   

Answer: All of our products are packaged in self-sealing bags. If you need boxes, please purchase them separately.

1. For wholesale purchases with a total amount exceeding 300 yuan or more than 5 pieces, mixed batches are supported (a single item quantity of 2 pieces is also acceptable).

All the styles that can be purchased with 2PCS are in stock. However, due to the wide variety of styles, there may be situations where the products are out of stock but not taken off the shelves in time. If you purchase a product, we will contact you promptly if we find out.

If you have any questions or need to know more details, please contact us directly and we will answer them for you in detail.

  2. Regarding returns and exchanges: As the product is a fashionable and trendy consumer good. Some people like it while others don't. If it's not a quality issue, we won't handle returns and can only exchange it. The product description pages of our products all indicate the size and material of the products. Please check carefully before purchasing. The accessories have defects and cannot be used as the basis for returns.

3. After-sales service: If the buyer receives goods with quality issues that affect wearing. Please contact our after-sales service in a timely manner and provide the pictures of the damaged goods to the after-sales customer service. Our customer service will give you a satisfactory reply in a short time.

4. Others

After receiving the goods, please open and inspect them in front of the Courier. If you have signed for them, it indicates that the quantity, quality and other aspects of the goods are all fine. We do not accept return requests. If the package is damaged or the quantity does not match the list, please contact us as soon as possible in front of the Courier and ask the Courier to note this situation on the return waybill.

 If the goods received by the buyer have quality issues, they can apply for an exchange of goods of the same value or return the goods if they have not been used and the accessories are intact. Please keep the packaging intact when returning or exchanging.

Exchange or return should be applied for within 24 hours from the time of receipt and the goods should be returned within 24 hours from the time of application.
