1. Regarding shipment:

    Most of the products in our store are in large stock to ensure immediate supply. Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours. (In special circumstances, please contact customer service for assistance as much as possible.)

2. Regarding logistics:

By default, we choose regular logistics based on the principle of proximity. For urgent and special cases, you can contact customer service to modify the freight and send it to SF Express or other Courier services. Freight charges are generally calculated based on the specific weight. Magnets are prohibited products by air and need to be transported by land. The delivery time in remote areas will be slightly later. For large quantities, logistics can be used. Additional weight is cheaper, but you need to pick it up yourself.

3. Regarding after-sales service:

If there are any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt. This is a quality issue. When returning or exchanging goods, please ensure that the items are in good condition and do not affect their resale. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Customized products are non-returnable. Thank you.

4. Regarding invoices:

Customers who need an invoice, please note the complete and accurate invoice information. Our company can issue a formal invoice. Please ensure the accuracy of the invoice information. If the invoice is issued incorrectly due to the buyer's reasons and needs to be reissued, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs for sending the invoice. The wrongly issued invoice must be returned (the cost of reissuing the invoice will be charged according to the relevant coefficients of the country and the local area).

For some sizes not available in our store, our company can also accept customization, but there are certain requirements for quantity.
