Customization Notice
1. The customer is required to provide their own product brand name (registered trademark or pending registration trademark), and sign a consignment processing contract (the contract attachments include: copy of the registered trademark of the processing brand, copy of the customer's business license, authorization letter for the customer to entrust our company to process products, etc.).
2. Customers can also arrange the design and production of packaging materials by themselves. The standards of the outer packaging labels of the products entrusted for production must be correct and comply with the national requirements for product outer packaging labels.
3. Customers should prepare their own packaging materials and deliver them to the factory 15 days before filling, filling and packaging to facilitate production arrangement. If the packaging materials need to be stored in the factory, they should also notify the factory three days before their arrival to facilitate warehouse storage.
4. The general label for cosmetics must indicate ten major items (product name, all product ingredients, name and address of the manufacturer, net content inside, production date and shelf life, hygiene license number of the manufacturer and product execution standard, special cosmetics must indicate the hygiene license approval number for special use cosmetics, storage conditions, and recycling mark).

Don't keep asking us when it will arrive. We can help you urge the delivery, but we can't control the delivery either!
