Damaged products during transportation: When we send products to customers, they are usually in safe packaging or gift box packaging. Since crystal is a fragile item, it is recommended that customers open the items in front of the freight company staff when they receive the freight notice to pick up the goods or when the goods are delivered to their door to check if there is any damage or loss. 5. Product payment issues: (1) Sample fees: If it is an existing product of our factory and does not involve re-manufacturing such as mold opening, we can accept express delivery for collection. For products under 10 yuan, we can provide samples for free. (2) Bulk goods cost: We usually pay 50% of the total purchase price as a deposit for bulk goods. The remaining balance can be paid after the product is completed and the customer comes to the factory for inspection or we take pictures for the customer to confirm. After the customer confirms, the payment will be made for shipment or the goods can be picked up with payment. Payment transactions can be guaranteed online. 6.
