   We accept the production of crystal handicrafts of various shapes. You can consult us first. We will inform you of the material, craftsmanship and application scope of the product and meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts or design drawings, and we will design it for you and confirm it.

In principle, we have no limit on the order quantity. However, orders for extremely small quantities of products will result in higher prices (the production process of crystal products is relatively complex).

2. Generally, we do not charge sample fees for products under 10 RMB. Shipping fees are collected on delivery. (For general samples, it takes 3 to 7 days, excluding transportation time.)

3. 3D laser products: 3D plate-making fee (depending on the size of the product), (the customer owns the 3D pattern). If your order quantity is large, this fee will be refunded to you.

4. Damaged products during transportation: When we send products to customers, they are usually in safe packaging or gift box packaging. Since crystal is a fragile item, it is recommended that customers open the items in front of the freight company staff when they receive the freight notice to pick up the goods or when the goods are delivered to their door to check if there is any damage or loss.

5. Product payment issues:

(1) Sample cost: If it is our factory's existing sample and does not involve re-manufacturing such as mold opening, we can accept express delivery collection. For products under 10 yuan, we can provide samples for free.

(2) Bulk goods cost: We usually pay 50% of the total purchase price as a deposit for bulk goods. The remaining balance can be paid after the product is completed and the customer comes to the factory for inspection or we take pictures for the customer to confirm. After the customer confirms, the payment will be made for shipment or the goods can be picked up with payment. Payment transactions can be guaranteed online.

6. Quality: Most crystal products are made by hand, and minor size differences should be accepted. Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there are quality issues
