Each of our orders is inspected when dispatched. However, due to the large daily shipment volume, we can only conduct an appearance inspection. So please read the agreement carefully:
If the product is not worn and does not affect its secondary sales, please contact customer service within 2 days after signing for the express delivery. Moreover, if there are more than 20 orders accumulated within 2 months, please contact customer service for exchange. The round-trip postage will be borne by us (the seller).

Shipping cost: The buyer shall bear the shipping cost for sending it back, while the seller shall bear the shipping cost for sending it out. If the returned goods need to be sent back, all costs shall be borne by the buyer, including the shipping fee sent by the seller. A refund will only cover the amount of the watch, not the shipping fee
