Are all the styles on the shelves in your store in stock?
Dear customer, hello. All styles on our website are in stock. Generally, the safety stock for one color is around 200 pieces. If you need a large quantity, please consult our customer service in advance so that we can replenish the stock for you in a timely manner.
2. How long will it take for the goods to be dispatched after I place an order? Which Courier service should I send?
Dear customer, hello. The default Courier service is ZTO Express. If you need other Courier services, please contact customer service. Orders placed before 18:00 every day will be dispatched on the same day, while those placed after 18:00 will be dispatched the next day. In case of special circumstances (such as bad weather, express delivery overload, holidays, etc.), the shipment may be delayed and we will notify you in a timely manner.
3. If it's a small order, what is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for trial sales is low, and bestsellers are replenished while selling. Our factory specially offers small-batch customization (with a minimum order of one piece of knitted fabric and 60 pieces of woven fabric), which has more advantages than our competitors. Trial sales payments are no problem at all.
4. Regarding the size of the mannequin for sample making?
Our factory has been dedicated to providing cross-border customers with European and American women's clothing supplies for over 10 years. Therefore, the model sizes for our factory's samples are all based on European and American standards. All the clothing styles are larger than those of our peers, and the materials used are more abundant!
5. Regarding the issue of sample fees?
Our sample-making fee standard is 300 yuan per piece, and 500 yuan per piece for complex ones. We will fully refund the sample fee after placing an order.
6. Regarding the issue of customized delivery time?
We usually deliver within 7 to 10 days. The general procurement time for both labor and materials is 3 days. If special customization of fabrics and auxiliary materials is required, it will take more than 7 days.
7. Regarding the issue of return and after-sales service?
For in-stock wholesale, all quality issues within 7 days after your receipt of the goods will be covered by warranty and return. Regarding customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there are quality issues. This is because we have specially crafted the only product for you based on your requirements, so returns are not allowed.
