1.1 Product Features

Durable and safe

a. Over-temperature protection: When the device temperature exceeds 85℃, the controller automatically stops charging. When the device temperature reaches 75℃, charging resumes.

➢ Fast charging:
Before the voltage rises to increase the charging voltage, the battery is charged at the maximum charging current. The duration of the fast charging stage depends on the battery's discharge level, battery capacity and charging current. When the battery voltage reaches the preset value for boosting the charging voltage, it will automatically enter the boosting charging mode.
➢ Enhance charging
The controller charges the battery according to the default increased charging voltage. When the battery is fully charged, the charging current gradually decreases.
The default duration of the enhancement stage is determined by the discharge level of the fast charging stage.
When the photovoltaic modules are reconnected, a new cycle will commence. If the cells are fully charged, the charging phase will directly enter stage B, which is the stage of increasing the charging voltage, and the cell voltage in this stage will not exceed the set voltage in stage B. At this point, the charging duration for stage B is 30 minutes.
➢ Floating charging
After the charging process is completed, the controller will lower the battery voltage by reducing the charging current and keep the battery at the float charging voltage set value, ensuring the battery is fully charged.
During the float charging stage, the load can obtain almost all the electricity from the solar panels. If the load is overloaded, the controller will no longer be able to maintain the battery voltage at the float charging stage. If the remaining battery voltage is lower than the charging voltage for entering a new cycle, the system will leave the float charging stage and return to the fast charging stage.
 
Wiring precautions
A. Please have the installation and wiring work completed by a certified electrician.
b. To avoid short circuits and reverse polarity connections, please ensure that the positive cable is connected to the positive terminal of the equipment and the negative cable to the negative terminal when wiring.
c. Cables that are too thin and/or not connected tightly will cause the cables or terminals to overheat. Therefore, please tighten all the cables to minimize the transition resistance as much as possible. Please use cables that meet the size requirements. For specific details, please refer to "2.4 Cable Specifications Selected by Circuit Breaker Model".
d. Do not connect the inverter to the load end of the controller; otherwise, it will cause irreversible damage to the equipment. If an inverter needs to be connected,
