Ii. Regarding color difference
Due to the influence of many factors such as weather and light during shooting, and even the difference in display resolution, there will be a certain degree of color difference, which is inevitable and does not constitute a quality issue. All of our products are photographed in real life, and we will do our best to provide you with a comprehensive picture display.
Iii. Freight issues
If the purchase quantity is small, it can be sent by express delivery. If the quantity is large, it can be sent by logistics. The cost of express delivery or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any cost. (Note: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the buyer. Iv. Instructions for Receipt
For buyers who choose logistics, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company's staff when picking them up. If you find that the quantity does not match or the goods are damaged, please sign for the package temporarily, seal it as it is, and contact us in front of the Courier. V. Regarding Shipment
Our factory mainly focuses on foreign trade exports. The sales of toy products are too fast and there are often product shortages. Especially during the peak season of online sales, the sales of toys increase. Therefore, it is not ruled out that some orders may be out of stock. Thus, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will try our best to arrange for early delivery. For those in stock, we will try to ship them on the same day. For those out of stock, we will replenish them within three days. We apologize for any inconvenience. Solution to out-of-stock issues: Firstly, we will contact the consignee, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc.
Vi. After-sales Service
If you find any quality issues with our products after signing for them, please contact our customer service within 12 hours from the date of receipt and provide photos and videos. We reserve the right not to handle the issue after the deadline.
In principle, we do not accept returns. For products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated. (Most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement position, or connecting the wire ends...) We can solve the problem in a simple way. If you sell toys, you need to know how to repair them. However, the transportation cost incurred must be borne by the buyer. For the exchanged products, it is essential to ensure that they do not affect the second sale. After receiving the returned products, we will send them together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment. The shipping cost is to be borne by the customer! Please inform our Wangwang customer service before returning it!!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy.
