★ Freight Description
Regarding express delivery, if you choose the express delivery mode, please contact us to confirm the express delivery you select. After paying the goods and freight together, we will ship the goods within 48 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.
2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected on delivery, and goods need to be picked up at the freight station. ★ Receiving standards
When picking up the goods by yourself, please carefully inspect them in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
2. We deliver the goods on behalf of the customers and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All freight charges are on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage or other issues, the freight can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.
★ Sample fee
Whether you are a retail, wholesale or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide samples for free. If you do need them, we will sell them at a price 20% higher than the actual retail price. The difference in sample prices can be refunded after the order is confirmed.

★ After-sales Service

1. In principle, we do not accept returns. For products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated, but the transportation costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchanges together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment. The shipping cost shall be borne by the customer! Please inform our Wangwang customer service before returning it!!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not be held responsible. If it is within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but the related costs will be borne by the customers themselves. Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customers.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored in the normal way, and goods beyond the after-sales service period.

★ Disclaimer

All the products we sell are strictly inspected by inspectors for quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97% to 98% of the products have no quality issues upon arrival, and 2% to 3% are within the scope of exemption.

Transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
3. Some buyers have found that the workmanship of our toys is a bit rough, with flaws, not made of good materials, and not as expected after receiving the goods. 4. All dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal. All the pictures are uploaded in real time. Due to different lighting and display screens, there may be some color differences. Please bear with us.
