Buyer's Notice
I. Regarding Guarantees
All products in our store are independently produced and strictly inspected as qualified products. We guarantee product quality (one-year warranty, seven-day no-reason return and exchange, freight insurance and other services).
Ii. Regarding Shipment
Due to tight production capacity and a large number of orders, the online products of this store are generally dispatched within 72 hours by default (in special circumstances, it is not ruled out that they will be dispatched after 72 hours).
The above situations do not include: products during major promotion events, factory special circumstances such as holidays and legal holidays, sample production and bulk goods, special configurations and requirements, etc. Please communicate with customer service for details. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
Iii. Regarding the scope of express delivery and free shipping
Our store's warehouse cooperates with multiple Courier companies to ensure that all domestic regions can be delivered by Courier services. We do not support designated Courier services for the time being.
Shipping fee: Once you select the delivery address, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated (Xinjiang, Xizang and Qinghai will not be dispatched). Currently, shipping to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad is not supported.
Iv. Regarding signature for Receipt
After receiving the goods, we need you to confirm that there are no errors before signing for them. If the packaging is intact and you sign for them before reporting issues such as under-delivery or wrong delivery, please bear the responsibility yourself. If you find any abnormality after signing for the package on the spot, please contact the Courier on the same day to verify and handle it, and then report it to the customer service.
V. Regarding Returns and exchanges
1) No-reason return and exchange: Under the condition that the product is in good condition and does not affect secondary sales (including but not limited to use, loss of packaging and accessories, etc.), no-reason return and exchange within 7 days after receipt is supported. The buyer shall bear the shipping cost for returning or exchanging the product (with the support of shipping insurance, when applying for a refund, the application amount shall be deducted from the shipping fee sent by the merchant).
2) Non-unconditional returns and exchanges: For returns caused by quality issues, damage, wrong delivery, or other reasons not attributable to the buyer (excluding express delivery delays), returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days of receipt. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our store.
Vi. Regarding after-sales service
Our store supports a seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy. The return shipping cost for no-reason returns and exchanges must be borne by the buyer. Our store has purchased shipping insurance (so when applying for a refund, the amount applied for will be deducted from the shipping cost sent by the merchant).
2. Returns are not allowed after seven days. If there are quality issues, please contact the buyer for repair. If there is a quality issue and a return is necessary, we will record a video to unpack and inspect the goods as soon as they are received. If there is a real problem, the shipping cost will be shared equally (the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the seller is responsible for the dispatch shipping cost). If it is not a quality issue, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping cost and refuse to return or exchange the goods, and submit the recorded video as evidence. If a product is returned due to non-quality issues, a depreciation fee of 30% to 80% will be charged, depending on the buyer's receipt time and the extent of damage to the product.
3. If there are any quality issues within 7 days of receiving the item, we will be responsible for the round-trip repair shipping cost. If it is between 8 days and 1 month, the shipping cost will be shared equally (the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the seller for the dispatch shipping cost). After 1 month, the buyer will bear the cost.
Vii. Regarding sample making and bulk goods
Sample production and bulk goods need to be made and materials ordered according to the delivery date. However, due to the platform's shipping time limit, we will click on "Ship" after placing the order. The link is only used for payment of the goods. The specific shipping time is subject to the delivery date replied by the customer service or the actual shipment. Before shipping, the customer service will contact you as soon as possible to confirm. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!!
Sample making takes time. Only after the purchase order is placed will the raw materials be arranged for production. Therefore, please do not apply for a refund or after-sales service on the grounds of delivery time, etc. If you do apply, the cost of the materials purchased by the merchant will be deducted.
