Order Placement Instructions
1. Payment method: Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions of our company will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made via Alipay or bank transfer.
2. Packaging Instructions: All products dispatched by our company come with individual and exquisite packaging. On the basis of the original packaging, an outer packaging is added to enhance the pressure resistance. Despite our best protective measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and compression.
3. Shipping Instructions: Our company has a basic inventory of all products. However, as our toys, models, etc. are all best-selling items and we have a large number of export and domestic sales orders, it is not ruled out that some orders may be out of stock. Therefore, a shipping period of two to three days is normal. We will try our best to arrange for early shipping. Try to ship the goods on the same day if they are in stock! If you are placing a large order, the delivery time and payment method need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.
4. Instructions for Signing for Receipt: Please have the buyer sign for the package in person after checking for accuracy on the spot. If you find that the quantity does not match or the goods are damaged, please immediately seal them as they are and refuse to sign. Contact the store owner in front of the Courier at the first time. After your confirmation, they can be returned. Once signed for, our store will not be held responsible for any of them. Please take note!! The problems that occur after someone else signs for it are the same. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself!
5. Regarding after-sales service
Return and Exchange Policy: All products are strictly inspected before leaving the factory (including multiple checks during production, after production, and before dispatch), and only qualified products are dispatched. However, due to various uncertain factors, product functions may be lost. Our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, and 2% is within the scope of exemption. All products are sold at factory prices. We support returns and exchanges for any problems arising during the logistics process, but we do not cover any shipping costs.
Return: If the goods are returned, we will refund you upon receipt of the return.
Exchange: The buyer will bear the shipping cost for the return to our company. We will cover the shipping cost for the new exchange and re-shipment. The warehouse refuses to accept cash-on-delivery items. We will replenish the exchanged products on the same day after receiving the returned goods.
