Solutions to out-of-stock issues: Generally, we will contact the consignee, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and after obtaining their consent, change the style or color, etc. If the consignee cannot be reached, the default principle will be to dispatch as much as possible according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please make sure that the buyer himself/herself checks that the goods are correct on the spot when signing for the package before signing for it. In case of any problems such as out-of-stock, shortage or damage during the inspection of the goods, you can seal the goods as they are and contact the customer service in front of the delivery person. After your confirmation, the goods can be returned. Once signed for, our company will not be held responsible. Please take note!! The problems that occur after someone else signs for it are the same. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself.

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation reasons will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to give priority to choosing insured logistics), but we are obligated to do everything possible to assist customers in solving this problem. Our company will adopt methods such as double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and tight stacking in logistics to avoid damage incidents. Before signing for the goods, please make sure to check the quantity of the goods and the integrity of the outer packaging together with the Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the outer packaging is damaged, please have the Courier sign to confirm.

Question 1: The Courier refuses to open and check together. Solution: After you sign for the package, make sure to hold it tightly and check it to ensure there are no errors before returning it to the Courier.

No-reason return: Our company does not offer a 7-day no-reason return or exchange service. In case of a request for return or exchange, the customer must ensure that the packaging of the goods is intact, the products have not been used, are undamaged, and do not affect the second sale of the goods. A 30% discount is required for returned goods. The shipping cost for no-reason returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.

Subjective defect All of our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers have found that the workmanship is a bit rough, there are flaws, the materials are not good, and they are not as expected after receiving the goods. However, these are not quality issues. No product is perfect. Buyers who are too picky, please go away. Our pictures are mainly taken of the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2cm is normal.

Return and exchange Return conditions - If the quality issue of the product itself leads to the loss of its inherent functions, we will handle the return or exchange. However, the shipping cost arising therefrom shall be borne by the buyer. As toys are perishable goods, it is inevitable that there will be individual scratches and minor problems. Slight scratches and paint peeling on toys are normal and do not constitute quality issues. The buyer who returns the goods shall bear the round-trip shipping cost. Others such as poor sales, not as good as expected, color differences in the product... We will not offer returns or exchanges for quality issues other than those of the product itself.

Product quality: All products sent out will undergo multiple inspections during production, after production and before dispatch. Only those that pass the inspection will be dispatched. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functions.

Other: The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions. The transportation time we provide to you is for reference only and does not constitute the content of the contract or a reason for returns.
