Regarding the customization requirements for advertising umbrellas or custom umbrellas
All the prices in the store are for umbrellas without printing. Printing will be charged separately according to the specific requirements of the customer. For detailed charging standards, please contact customer service. If you need to print a LOGO, please provide vector graphics in AI, CDR, PNG or PSD formats as much as possible to ensure the quality of the graphics and the printing effect in the later stage.

2. Due to the special requirements of the advertising umbrella, after the effect drawing is completed, please carefully check whether the layout we send to you is completely correct. If there are any incorrect parts, please contact customer service in time for correction. If no errors are found and corrected, our store will not be held responsible for any printing. Therefore, please carefully confirm the effect drawing and detail drawing to avoid any unpleasant cooperation between both parties. Thank you for your understanding!!

After the layout is determined, the printing production will be arranged. The production cycle varies depending on the quantity. The specific time is subject to the contact with customer service or the contract time.
4. For large quantities, both parties need to sign a contract for guarantee and pay a 50% deposit in advance

Sample instructions

Free samples are supported. You can get free samples at the bottom of the main image. The sample fee paid will be automatically refunded by the system after placing an order later.

Regarding size

The size is measured manually. Due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of about 1-2cm.

About color

All products are photographed in real life. The color has been professionally calibrated and is as close as possible to the tiled image of the actual product. Due to the differences in color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, there may be slight color differences, which are inevitable. Please understand. If you cannot accept slight color differences, please purchase with caution.

Unexpected situations that may occur during the transportation of products:
Umbrellas are fragile items and have special characteristics during shipping. Sometimes, internal damage may occur due to violent loading and unloading or packing during the express delivery process. Therefore, we kindly ask buyers to inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If there is any damage, please promptly claim compensation from the express company or contact the customer service staff. It is best to take photos or obtain a certificate from the express delivery person. If any damage is found after signing for the goods without inspection, the responsibility shall be borne by the person who signed for them. Please cooperate actively to avoid any unpleasantness between each other

After confirming the order, in-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours
