Notice for Consignment Delivery: 1. If the goods are damaged after being signed for, our company will provide free product accessories (only small accessories, excluding the main body of the product). The customer shall bear the cost of reissuing the shipping and packaging (accessories will not be converted into cash, and our company will not be responsible for cash compensation). In the event that the buyer requests a return or refund due to damage issues, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer who sent the goods on behalf of the buyer. Note: In case the main body of the product is damaged, the customer shall bear the cost themselves
2. In the event of incorrect or missed delivery of the goods, our company will be responsible for the replacement of the accessories and the shipping cost (the free replacement is only once. If the goods are returned due to the customer not answering the phone or natural disasters, etc., the customer will bear the shipping cost for the second replacement).
For orders that apply for a refund after the express delivery is dispatched, the shipping fee will be deducted (including the following situations: package interception, rejection, or return due to other uncontrollable factors such as the epidemic or weather).
4. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as major promotions or overloading of express packages, resulting in delayed collection of parcels, our company will not be responsible for compensating for the products during this period.
