1. I'm not good at design. Can you offer design services?
Answer: Absolutely. We have professional designers who can provide you with free design services.
 
After the payment is finalized, how long will it take for the goods to be dispatched and when can we receive them?
Answer: After the payment and finalization are completed, the goods will be dispatched within 5 to 7 days starting from the next day. (If the processing technology is more complex, the time required for shipment will be increased accordingly.)

Because some processes require a certain amount of time to ensure perfect quality and effect, the time it takes for the express delivery to arrive is the normal time required for general express delivery.

It is recommended that you arrange the matters related to the printed materials 10 days in advance.
 
3. Is it okay to suddenly want to make some more modifications to the file after finalizing it?
Answer: Once our designer confirms the final version with you, we will immediately arrange for plate making. The file cannot be modified any further. To avoid unnecessary conflicts caused by graphic and text errors in the future,

Please fix any errors in the manuscript before finalization. We will print strictly in accordance with the manuscript you have confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
 
4. How should quality issues with printed materials be handled?
Answer: If there are any quality issues (such as using the wrong paper, cutting to the wrong size, missing graphics and text, etc.), please do not worry. Please take photos and send them to our customer service within 48 hours.

We will help you solve it as soon as possible. Printed materials are mechanically manufactured. It is inevitable that some products may not meet your 100% satisfaction. If there are any minor flaws, they do not fall under quality issues.

Of course, we will do our utmost to minimize the errors. If it is a quality issue, we will definitely take the corresponding responsibility.
 
5. Size issue?
Answer: There may be an error of 1-2mm during cutting in printing, which is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. When making the file, please try not to create a border effect around the edges.

If you do want to do it, please try to make the border larger than 3-4mm. In this way, the distance between the four edges after cutting will be relatively consistent.
 
6. How are your printed materials packaged? What kind of express delivery and logistics should be sent, and how is the freight calculated?
Answer: Our printed materials are generally packed with kraft paper, then placed in cartons and sealed with adhesive film to ensure the safety of product transportation. Our factory's quotations are uniform and do not include taxes or freight charges.

If the weight of the customized product is less than 10 kilograms, customers can choose to send it by Tiantian Express, YTO Express or SF Express. Our factory will not cover the freight.

For heavy goods, our factory supports logistics services such as Deppon, Jiaji, and Tiandi Huayu. If other logistics services are located in remote areas and inconvenient for delivery, our factory will not support them. For specific details, please communicate with each other!
