Dear customer, our store is a manufacturer that produces, sells and wholesals all kinds of artificial flowers and artificial plants. In principle, we sell in large quantities. However, we also support sample submission. But products with samples are not eligible for return or exchange. If you only purchase one or two of each type and choose to buy one or two of many types, it is considered sample submission. In such cases, refunds are not supported.
