(1) Are the listed products in stock? What if there is no stock?
All of our products are in stock for sale. The items available for purchase as shown on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and the large daily sales volume, they were not taken off the shelves in time
We apologize for any out-of-stock situations caused. We will contact you by phone or through Wangwang and handle the matter.
Our store offers wholesale services. For products that are out of stock by a few yuan, the warehouse will directly change the color or cross them out and send the other goods. Out-of-stock items will not be reissued.
(2) We have made the payment. When will the goods be dispatched and how long will it take to receive them?
Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship the goods in the order of your payment within 72 hours after your successful payment. The delivery time may be affected by distance, weather and other uncertain factors.
(3) What should I do if the received products have quality problems or are out of stock?
If the goods are out of stock or have quality issues after receiving them, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. If there are quality problems, please take pictures of the goods as soon as you receive them and send them to the customer service.
I have received the goods, but I don't like them very much. Can I return or exchange them?
If you are not satisfied or like the product, you can return or exchange it as long as you have never used it and it does not affect its resale. The shipping cost will be at your own expense.
(4) The following situations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
The packaging of the returned products by A is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete.
B Repairs or modifies without authorization;

Regarding after-sales service

b) As the factory may change the product packaging according to the production situation, if the outer packaging is different from the pictures on the website or the goods you purchased before, it does not constitute a quality issue. c) Products in multiple colors and styles are randomly mixed by default. The company will do its best to meet the product color and style specified by the customer in the order remarks. For individual orders, if the color and style of the warehouse inventory do not meet the customer's requirements, we will not accept returns caused by this. If you need to return the goods, the round-trip shipping costs will be at your own expense
d) Returns are not accepted due to personal preferences (smell, color, model, appearance).
