Freight description

After-sales service
1. In principle, we do not accept returns. However, for products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated. The transportation costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchanged products together with the customer's next purchase. If the customer cannot accept the exchange together with the next shipment, the exchange shipping cost shall be borne by themselves! 2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our store does not implement the "three guarantees" policy for all toy products sold. If any problems arise after use, our store will not be held responsible. Receiving standard
When picking up the goods by yourself, please carefully inspect them in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate.
