For a large quantity of products, logistics is used by default (buyers must bring their ID cards to pick up the goods by themselves). 3. As the transportation process is not under our company's control, the provided arrival time is for reference only. The actual situation of the transportation company shall prevail. In case of product delays due to weather conditions, special festivals or other factors, exceeding the reference time, please contact our company or the transportation company in a timely manner.
Regarding the instructions for receipt:
1. Please have the buyer check with the carrier on the spot when signing for the goods. Carefully examine whether the outer packaging of the products is intact and whether the products are damaged, missing or not in conformity. Signing indicates that the products have been delivered to the buyer in perfect condition. Please confirm that there are no errors before signing for the goods.
2. If the product has any of the above problems, please contact our company in time.
3. When a buyer entrusts another person, family member or friend to sign for the product, it is deemed that the buyer himself has signed for the product.
