The dimensions are measured manually. Due to different factors such as measuring tools and methods, there may be occasional slight errors in the dimensions, but the differences are not significant. We apologize for any inconvenience.
About color
The items in our store are photographed as real objects. We try our best to make them consistent with the actual items. However, color differences caused by different shooting lighting, store angles, display devices, and personal perspectives on color are inevitable. Such issues do not fall under quality problems. Please choose carefully, dear customers, to avoid transaction disputes.
Regarding the reply
If your inquiry is not replied to in a timely manner, it might be due to an excessive volume of inquiries at that time or a system failure. Please wait patiently or contact us directly by phone.
Regarding shipment
For small quantities of goods, it is recommended to send them by express delivery. If it is a whole piece of goods, it is suggested to send them by logistics, as the postage is relatively lower. All product quotations in our store do not include freight. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 2 to 3 days after shipment. For other regions, it will take 3 to 5 days. However, there may be delays in case of bad weather or legal holidays.
About logistics
Express delivery: By default, our company uses YTO and ZTO Express. The express delivery prices we set are for goods weighing up to 2 kilograms. The default express delivery fee in the system does not represent the actual shipping cost for the goods you purchase. If there is an overweight note and you send the express delivery without contacting customer service to modify the shipping cost, we reserve the right not to ship the goods. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Logistics: We will select a logistics service with a relatively reasonable price for you to save every penny. For large quantities, it is more cost-effective to send by logistics. If you are not clear about the cost of express delivery or logistics, please consult our customer service.
