I. Wholesale Instructions

Product wholesale: Minimum order quantity is 500 yuan, and for later replenishment, it is 300 yuan or more. An additional operating cost fee of 10 yuan will be charged for orders that do not meet the minimum batch standard.

2. For all products with a 7-day return policy, only the first-tier tiered pricing applies (excluding products with orders waiting for delivery).

Ii. Transaction Process

1. Customers select products, place orders and make payments. (If you have any questions about product information or other issues, please contact customer service for consultation.)

2. After receiving the payment, we will deliver the goods as per the customer's requirements. (In case of product shortage, we will contact the customer to ask for a change of style or color or a refund for a single product.)

3. The goods will be verified and sealed in boxes. They will be dispatched within about 2 days according to the method selected by the customer. In case of holidays, events or other circumstances, the shipment will be postponed by about 3 days.

After shipment, we will send a message to the customer via text message, Alibaba Wangwang or other means, and inform them of the shipping number.

All product quotations do not include postage, freight and taxes (these three items need to be paid by the customers themselves). Customers can choose either logistics or express delivery for shipment.

V. After-sales Service

If there are quality problems with the product and it has a warranty card, the warranty shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions on the warranty card.

2. All the attached product photos are taken of the actual items. Due to differences in lighting and display screens, there may be color differences from the actual items. Such issues do not fall under product quality problems. The color shall be subject to the actual items received. For some products, if the product information cannot be updated in a timely manner due to product upgrades or quality improvements, no further notice will be given. The actual product received shall prevail.

3. All product prices are subject to the settlement prices of the day. Product prices may fluctuate according to the increase or decrease of raw materials without further notice.

4. If you haven't received the goods within 10 days after payment, please call to inquire to avoid any accidents.

5. If customers have any questions after receiving the goods, they can contact the corresponding customer service they consulted when purchasing the product to handle after-sales issues.

Vi. Return Instructions

After receiving the goods, please check the documents and the goods immediately. If there are any problems, please contact customer service for handling. If there are no objections three days after the arrival of the goods, the transaction will be regarded as completed. Returns without quality issues will not be accepted. If you need to return or exchange the goods due to damage or quality issues during transportation, please contact customer service for handling.
