1. Regarding customization
Our store supports in-stock LOGO customization, gift box customization, sample customization, and brand OEM customization. The production cycle of products may vary slightly depending on your customization quantity, style, etc. The page time is for reference only. 2. Regarding color difference
All the product photos in our store are taken by photographers and then reprocessed and color-adjusted to be as consistent as possible with the actual products. However, due to differences in lighting, angles, display color deviations, and personal color perception during shooting, there may be some color differences between the actual products and the photos. The final color is subject to the actual product. Color difference is not regarded as a quality issue.
3. Regarding dimensions
The weight and size of the products marked on our store's page are all measured manually. An error of about 3cm is allowed (about 5cm for bath towels), which is not regarded as a quality issue.
4. Regarding shipment
The general delivery time for in-stock products is 48 hours, and customized products will be dispatched according to the agreed time. The default Courier services are Shentong Express, Yousu Express and Deppon Express. Large items (over 30 kilograms) will be sent by logistics. The logistics will be delivered to the transfer station, and you can pick up the goods yourself.
5. Regarding packaging
Our store offers 50-piece towels, 50-piece children's towels, 20-piece or 50-piece square towels, and 10-piece bath towels. The default packaging is simple. If you need separate packaging, please contact customer service.
