Our factory operates in an integrated self-operated manner, ensuring high efficiency and fast delivery. We process from raw materials to production, packaging and transportation, with sufficient inventory. We offer OEM services and support wholesale and one-piece consignment. All products are subject to a seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy (customized items and bulk orders do not support returns due to individual reasons). All our products undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory. Don't worry about quality issues. If you have any questions or after-sales problems, you can consult our customer service and store rules
1. Express delivery issue: Our store's default express delivery services include ZTO Express, Yunda Express, China Post, and SF Express. The express delivery will be randomly dispatched. If you need to specify, please contact our customer service. For multiple items, our store will use logistics to deliver them to your door, so you don't need to worry about picking up the goods. You can choose to pick it up yourself and contact customer service to change the price
2. After-sales issues: Please be sure to inspect the product in front of the Courier before signing for it. If there are any problems, please directly refuse to sign for it. If you refuse to sign, the customer will not bear any responsibility or cost. We can resend or refund it for you.
3. Product issues: Due to different production batches, the spare parts of suitcases may not be consistent. This is a normal phenomenon. If you have any questions, please contact customer service first before placing an order
4. Regarding warranty: Our store offers a three-year warranty service for spare parts, with replacement only and free installation guidance
